You've Received a Gift

Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for [3 months] from the date of purchase. Vouchers are not valid after the expiry date.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Service Usage

Gift vouchers are valid only for selected salon services and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless stated otherwise.

Partial Redemption

Gift vouchers may be redeemed in full or partially. Any remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward unless mentioned.

One-Time Use

Each gift voucher can be used only once. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused.

Lost or Misused Vouchers

The salon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift vouchers.

Online Purchase Confirmation

Gift vouchers will be issued only after successful online payment and delivered via email or digital format.

Salon Rights

The salon reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Verification

The gift voucher code or QR code must be presented at the time of redemption. Valid identification may be requested.

Appointment

It is mandatory for the party holding the voucher to book an appointment with our salon to have the relevant work done.
